Great Coffee and GREAT customer service
This unit is easy to use and maintain - lets you make single cups as needed and does it quickly. Holds about a pound of beans. Grinds the beans or you can add ground for a different type of coffee. Miele - step up from your 1-cup unit
Expensive? Maybe when compared to other coffee makers. But this is no ordinary coffee maker. If you are a serious coffee drinker, hate cleaning the pot, want a rich creama head and full flavor and want to impress the socks off your friends, this is the unit.

I agree with previous review. Espresso is not hot enough even on high setting. However, nice looking machine. Would be nice if it had a steaming wand. Frother works well but requires more cleaning than a standard wand. Stainless drip tray scratches easily. Read full review »

Don't spend your money on this machine if you like hot coffee, expresso or cappucino. Although the coffee has good flavor, it is cold by the time you add any cream. Have the CVA 4075 (plumbed unit) for about 4 months operation.
1. Do not buy the Miele Coffee Cup Warmer. Mugs do not fit. It is to expensive--get a Wolf Warming Drawer.
2. Must heat your coffee mugs and cups 1st, then use the CVA 4075. Otherwise, your beverage is cool.
