A couple downers
I just bought the LXT310. My first two-way radio. I knew it required an FCC license for the GMRS frequencies, but I was surprised to find the fee is $80.

Midland LXT310
Bought 4 of these from Northern last summer. Had problems with the TX talk buttons either staying on or not working at all. They replaced all four but now we are having the same problems all over again. We do use them on a daily basis but I thought they would hold up longer than a few months. Read full review »
