I bought the midland radios new on ebay. After 2 weeks some features stopped working. I contacted midland & they said without an original dated cash register receipt the warranty is void & would cost a minimum of $20 per radio to fix. Dont waste your $$ like I did. Read full review »
They work to my expectations
I purchased the gxt550 pair off ebay. I believe they are the same as the gxt 500, except they are sportsman edition (which just means they have a camo finish). Two and cans and some string!
It's a good thing I ordered these through Costco because I'm returning them today. Midland should be ashamed for selling absolute junk. Non of the subcodes or privacy codes as it were, will send or receive. The radios will only work with one of 22 main channels. I don't know if they will make the... Read full review »
