Pros -Big screen -Touch Pad -Radio, Videos -Wireless capability -Thinner than 1stGen -User...
Cons -Battery life not as good as it could be. -Still a tiny Thicker than ipod
Recommended it? Yes

Plenty of PMPs (personal media players) have been dubbed "ipod killer". Even the first generation Zunes carried that label. But they still had flaws.
The second generation Zune is a good improvement from the first. And its sexier!

The first and most noticeable difference, and... Read full review »

'Is that a black Ipod?' No, It's a Zune. 'What's a Zune?'

Pros Screen, Ease-of-Use, Zune Marketplace
Cons Not compatible with Mac
Recommended it? Yes

With the world domination that is the Apple Ipod and their "It's so uncool to use Microsoft" slogan, the superior Microsoft Zune is left in the dust.

I travel fairly often and have found many passengers next to me using their Ipods. We often compare our products for a few minutes and chat... Read full review »

Pros Big & Bright Screen, User Friendly Interface, Large Storage Space, great software.
Cons A Little Bit too Thick. Software available online only.
Recommended it? Yes

With the recent release of Zune in Canada I picked up the Black Zune 80gig model.

Size and Design:

I must admit the finish on the Zune 80gig was a welcome sight. Though it's a "little bit" thick and heavy for an mp3 player, I must admit it feels really sturdy and solid in your... Read full review »

Pros Scroll, Picture, Music Quality, Space, Durability, etc
Cons Battery Life (it sucks!), Screen easily gets fingerprints up (read review for more info)
Recommended it? Yes

So I just bought my 80 gb Zune a couple weeks ago, and I do love it. I would recommend the 2nd gen version because the scroll wheel is really really helpful. I've been wanting a Zune since they first came out and I can say that it was worth the wait for the 2nd gen. I recently had to help out a... Read full review »

Pros Big screen, compatible with apple formats. Download AllYouCanEat from Zune Marketplace...
Cons Music from some onlines stores don't work. Only available in USA. No Divx.
Recommended it? Yes

Open the box of this Zune was a pleasure, just as was opening the first generation Zune I own. Everything is nicely package in a compact and elegant box. Microsoft really put this premium gadget into the hands of middle class people. Don't forget that before the appearing of the first Zune the IPod... Read full review »

Pros Large and vibrant screen, built in fm radio, clean audio signal, very sexy
Cons no bluetooth support, no EQ, lack of sufficient aftermarket support
Recommended it? Yes

I previously owned an iPod Nano (2nd gen) and when the batter died on it I had to decide if I wanted another iPod or if I should try a different brand. I chosed the Zune 80 and haven't regretted it for a second. Not only is it dead sexy, it's ease of use and added features not found on the iPod... Read full review »

My husband travels a lot and I wanted to purchase a MP3 Player for his birthday. After doing much research, I decided on the Microsoft Zune 80GB. The big day finally came when it arrived in the mail! My husband was able to set-up, download the Zune software and load his music and pictures on it... Read full review »

I replaced my 80Gig Video iPod with a 1st gen 30Gig zune about a year ago, and received this 80GIG 2nd gen for my birthday in July.  I love it!  It's intuitive, easy-to-use, packed with great features, have excellent sound quality and a beautiful screen.

The device itself is great.  I love... Read full review »

Pros ease of use. screen
Cons sometimes slow to connect / recognize
Recommended it? Yes

Highly recommended. The Zune's storage capacity is enough for all but the craziest music lover. You can sort your library by genre, artist, song, or many other characteristics. The "Zune" software could be better, but I like it as much or more than I-tunes. I have not shared any songs with other... Read full review »

Pros Everything...it's the best Zune yet!!!
Cons Nothing
Recommended it? Yes

I recently upgraded my old Zune for the new Zune, and let me tell you…this Zune rocks!!!! The graphics have been changed to a newer more modern look, while the screen looks brighter. The new Zune is so much thinner than the old one. It fits easier in my pocket or laptop bag. As for sound, the... Read full review »
