I received this telescope for Christmas and the red dot viewfinder was broke right out of the box, when I called for a new one Jose was helpful but unable to help me without me e-mailing a copy of my receipt...so here's the scoop if you can't e-mail or fax a copy of your receipt your OUT OF LUCK!...
