MTV Yoga DVD - Pretty Cool Idea, Pretty Good Workout
I'm too old for MTV. But am I? This DVD does it MTV way - BT Music (like upbeat lounge music), a posh background (New York's Man Ray - never heard of it though), a hip instructor (Kristin McGee), and a narrator from The Real World (never saw that one).

SO YOU WANT TO LEARN YOGA...
I enjoy resistance training, vigorous aerobics (especially rebounding), and most of all, yoga, which I've been practicing for many years. My favorite styles of yoga are Bikram's and "power yoga." Urban Ashtanga style for intermediate level and beyond
MTV and Yoga? Well it makes sense from a trendsetting point of view but MTV got Crunch's Kristin McGee to come on board and create an urban yoga work out for various levels of advancement on the yoga path.
