MA Audio MA181XQ 18" Car Subwoofer

This competition sub features 1100 watts peak power handling (550 watts RMS). With the high-temperature dual 4 ohm copper wound voice coils this sub is capable of being wired at a 2 or 8 ohm load. It is equipped with a high profile treated surround for maximum excursion and a paper cone which allows for high output levels without cone break up. The black powder coated stamped steel basket provides mechanical strength reliability proper voice coil alignment and low mounting depth while its 110 oz. single stacked strontium magnet allows for increased power handling. Other features include: a rubber sealant gasket dual laminated cotton spider vented bumped back plate and platinum plated block terminals for optimum signal transfer from your amplifier.
