Not Vista Compatible
This product does not work in Windows Vista and Logitech is not offering a Vista Driver for it. Beware if it is your intention to use it with Vista.
On the other hand, it works incredibly well with 2000 and XP. This is a great product, like all Logitech Products

this so called webcam sucks and is the freakin worst!

Overrated Camera. A failure.
This webcam is so disappointing. So much flakes. A cheap Genius V2 webcam which my wife purchased for $17 and uses in UAE is a whole lot clearer. It has no flakes and color res is better. OK for the money
Not bad for a starter webcam. Software fairly easy to setup and use (at least on an XP system). Picture quality on the poor side. Note that this webcam has only a 320x240 resolution. The 640x480 they cite in the specs seems to be after interpolation. Read full review »

There is nothing nice I can say about this camera.
Is it easy to use?
Not in the slightest. Setting the camera up on the computer or the desk is easy. That is about as far as it goes. The software that Logitech gives you installs 6 different programs onto your computer.
