Nice Product
It is working fine for me. I do not notice any fan noise as the other opinion noted. Maybe his has a bad fan (I did not even know it had a fan). I stack mine under my Linksys WRT54GS.

Poor Speed
Im a network manager and have just built my own raid5 linux server with 1.4TB of space. I purchased a linksys 10/100/1G pci card for the server and connected a new out of box linksys cisco EG005W 10/100/1000 switch to my sony vaio desktop system. Im shocked in the poor speed Im getting.
