A new level of convenience and quality - from Lexmark?

very unreliable

Unreliable unit
I bought this wireless all-in-one last summer, spending more than comparable printers of other brand, and about the same as the DELL model. I would never buy another.

Big piece of junk
Uses ink at a ridiculous rate (despite "quick" settings), doesn't "remember" the date (for faxes), 75% of the time it won't work wirelessly & needs to be shut off (and 3 different times I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the program on my computers), user interface is difficult at best,... Error messages every single time it prints
Error messages occur every single time it prints pages and Lexmark Tech Support can't figure it out after multiple calls and many hours on the phone with them. Drinks ink, wireless and fax not working, starts breaking after 2 years
Have had the Lexmark X9350 for 2 years. Will never buy Lexmark again. In first few months, had few paper jams that were easy to fix.
