Pros The sound was ok, while it worked.

Cons Power supply failed in one week. Service unable to get parts to fix it.

I purchased this product from the Philips outlet website. It was a remanufactured product. It worked for exactly six days. It has currently been in the shop for approximately three months. Although the fix is covered under warranty, the service center is unable to obtain the necessary parts to fix it. Philips has responded to my e-mail with a telephone number of people that are unable to assist me and they indicated that the proper people will call me back. It's been over four weeks and I'm still waiting. They have not responded to additional e-mail requests. I would NOT recommend purchasing this product.
