This is one amazing washer, LG technology is getting more sophisticated it's almost like a computer running your washing machine. A service call in your future!!
I am on my 2nd one of these machines (the first one was replaced by my service agreement after 14 months of trying to fix the machine - they replaced it with a new one). Extreamly disappointed in product and more so in customer service
