Energy/water efficient & gets clothes cleaner too
We bought our LG2010 front loader in July 09 to replace a 9+ year old Maytag supercapacity top loader that was a real water hog.
We live in the country so our main concern was minimizing water drainage into our septic system. A super load on the Maytag

Front-loaders are the way to go, and this LG is inexpensive and impressive!
I was forced into buying a stack-able washer/dryer set as my new apartment could only accommodate such.
