LG GSA-E40L delivers the goods
This is my first Lightscribe equipped burner, and to be honest I wasn't sure if it was the technology for me. I had read reviews of poor contrast, many folks saying stick with inkjet printers, but I wanted to reduce the cost of consumables so I thought I would give it a go.

Average Quality
Drive is of good quality and only average speed. Only thing outstanding is DVD burn quality at slower (8-12x) speeds.
Biggest problem w/ this drive is DVD rip speed. It is very slow, averaging 30 min/DVD. Compared w/ my 12 other DVD burners including: Plextor PX-850SA, PBDS DH-16W1S, Sony...
