This has been a good dryer for me. You can customize the cycles which is nice -- you can set it to periodically toss the clothes after drying to prevent wrinkling until you are able to retrieve them from the dryer. LG Is terrible AVOID at all cost!!!!
I purchased this dryer from Best Buy. IT has never worked! First the heat pak was replaced, did not fix. Second the heat pak and the control board were replaced did not fix.
