I have had mine for about 3 months now and have had no problem with it at all. I did read that a few folks have had trouble with the navigation button, but I have not. It's really very easy to use if you're not trying to use it while you drive, which you shouldn't do anyway.

Pros Affordable, BREW technology, Voice dialing
Cons Speaker phone is only good in quiet places, Contrast display quirk

Affordable for features.
BREW technology to download games.
Voice dialing is fairly accurate and reliable.
Speaker phone is good to allow everyone to be in the conversation at the same time.
Vibrate feature is great for those "no cell phone" areas.

Cons Menu button tricky to navigate, reception is worse than most of other models.

Menu button tricky to navigate, reception is worse than on most of the other models, especially in buildings with computers,lots of electronic devices.

Pros Small, light weight, Lots of features, Speaker phone works ok.
Cons The navigational arrows are hard to use.

Starting off, this phone does have speaker phone, which I think is better than those earpeice sets. The speaker phone on this phone works fine, I have not seen a perfect one yet. I doubt we ever will.

Pros Features galore yet easy to use. The antenna doesn't stick out.
Cons Not any really. The software has a couple of minor bugs, and it's expensive.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros Speaker Phone, Alarm Clock, Breakout - OH MY!
Cons I called the Verizon store twice on my way home - Keyguard is a MUST.
Recommended it? Yes

Very cute. Light enough. Sturdy plastic coated numbers/buttons. Antenna hidden so it doesn't stick up (or into your leg if in your pocket. Small enough for a pocket, prominent enough for a clip.
