Pros Not the worst tasting coffee
Cons If you don't mind drinking from the countertop.

In keeping up with the Joneses, I purchased this machine three years ago. In three years I had complaints from every guest from every morning/evening they have had coffee. Pros extensive feature set; pours easier then most
Cons leaked water after just 3 months of use; poor quality control and service

for a 12 cup coffee pot, it holds less coffee then other 12 cup models. coffee brew is very good. i have never had a coffee pot fail within a few months of use. I have long said that there are few things that a hug, a hot shower and a cup of coffee can't fix. With an excellent, hot cup o' joe from the Krups Pro Aroma 12 Time (Model 453), you just might be able to get by on only the cup of coffee.

When the time came for a new coffee maker, I chose to go the expensive route. I had always purchased the less expensive ones an they lasted, maybe two or three years, so I figured: "Well, maybe if I buy a better one, it will last much, much longer." Boy, was I ever wrong!

Having had a white Krups ProAroma 12-cup coffee maker (model #453) for about 2 years, I have mixed feelings about it.

We recently purchased our third Krups coffee maker (ProAroma w/o timer) because we have found that these machines brew at just the right temperature and keep the coffee hot after brewing.
