Badly manufactured. Repairs take months. Grinder burns coffee.
This machine spent more time in repair than making coffee. A return under warranty, which was required because it needed replacement parts, took two months and I had to pay the shipping and handling. Great while it worked -- terrible customer service

Bye Bye Krups!

Makes the Best coffee we've had in a long time.

Warranty replacement also stopped working
I bought this and after 8 months element stopped working. At my expense, shipped it to Downers Grove, IL and a new one was shipped back. 9 months later, this one stopped working. This is the end of the line for any Krups product. Read full review »

Expensive piece of crap
Grind and brew coffee makers in general don't seem to last as long as a regular coffee maker, but I love having fresh coffee and the aroma is awesome.
