A Powerhouse Blender

Great blender
This is a really well designed blender worth the extra for serious users. The 60 oz capacity is great. It comes with a glass not plastic jug. As noted, it's unusually easy to disassemble and clean. Quiet but not powerful mixer
To start, I was looking for a blender that would do heavy duty mixing -- blend whole fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc. I bought this one because it sports 1 1/3 HP -- 1000 watt motor and claimed to mix well.
