Supports don't support!!
This product is a good concept, but couldn't hold the weight of my cat jumping up to it from the ground. My husband ended up rigging it with some screws and a block of wood, and now it is much safer for my cat. She LOVES it, it is nice and soft, and gives her a great view of the yard... A little shaky
Kitty sill is a Godsend for houses with multiple pets. It's beautiful, sturdy and my pets adore it. My cats especially like its padded comfortable feel. However, the only downside is its weak 'legs'.
