Do not waste your time
I read a review that mentioned that this unit overheats and freaks out the controls but paid no attention. BOY WAS I WRONG. This is thing is a major pile of junk.. This is the BEST look no further!!
We have this instead of an oven in our vacation condo. It's fun and super easy to use. I made perfect Filet mignon in about 25 minutes. A Real piece of "S"
After 2 years the display showed about half the characters and after 4 years the microwave completely died. It went in the garbage and replaced by a cheap Emerson from Walmart. A real BI-itch to install and to rip off the wall went it died. Read full review »

NOT WORTH THE PRICE
Microwave worked for only 4 Months. Customer Service is awful at Whirlpool. Took 2 months of complaing to get a new Microwave. They were out 7 times to try and fix this oven. do not stand behind their product
We bought this Micro Wave from a Kitchen Aid dealer on Dec. 5 2007 within 3 weeks it would not work at all. Called the dealer and He called his kitchen Aid Sales person and they would not take a return for a new one.
