Pretty but can't cook
Our big problem with this toaster oven is the 30 minute timer. If you want to cook baked potatoes you have to reset the timer. There is also no "on" feature for the oven. Great alternative to microwave or standard oven
I've had my KA countertop oven for a year now and I love it. I use it at least a couple times a week, sometimes for reheating, other times for cooking lunch or dinner.

Unsatisfactory Product
I have had this for about 3 months and would have returned it but bought it on sale and found later that sale items could not be returned. If it is hasn't been already this item should be recalled because the handle gets extremely hot.
