Cheap receiver
I bought a new house with this receiver being used as the whole house sound system. When volume is above 35 (which is very low) the unit will play and then shuts off the speakers. nice when it worked
This receiver worked for about 6 months until one day the left speaker started fading in and out of a distortion type sound.I used the right side for a little while, witch also developed the defective sound.the klh r3100 is junk,not worth any money Ill never buy this piece of crap again.
