JUNO --witty award winning quirky teenage pregnancy comedy NO Spoilers
2007’s Juno wasn’t a new or groundbreaking comic drama but it remains a solid, accomplished, worthwhile film.
First a couple flaws that bugged me. 1.. Juno as well as other characters seem to have assimilated too much pop-culture references from the early...

One of the best movies out there.
When this movie came out in 2007, I was too young and not allowed to watch it. But eventually I rented it on DVD. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was excited to finally be able to see it. My opinion from when I first watched it, and now, are very different. I would definitely not... Read full review »
Teen Sex and Pregnancy Under Discussion in Juno, Starring Ellen Page and Michael Cera
Sixteen-year-old Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page) likes to push the limits. Nothing pleases her more than to rub people the wrong way, shock those around her, or in any other way prove that she's not one of the pack. For the most part, her father (J.K. Simmons) and stepmother (Allison Janney) tolerate her... Read full review »
Juno is hilarious.
Juno could be the funniest movie I have ever seen. It puts a twist on the "end of the world ideals" of teen pregnancy. Don't get me wrong, I know that teen pregnancy itself is no laughing matter and that is not what I find funny. It is the characters in the movie that put a smile... Read full review »
A Bittersweet Intensity in the Jason Reitman directed Juno
My husband and I recently watched and enjoyed the Jason Reitman directed film Up in the Air. It was an unusual and quirky drama that made us think as well as laugh, and that was enough for us to want to turn to another recent film hit from director Reitman: the many-times Oscar nominated Juno from... such a cute movie!
Juno was a great movie and well worth the money. It wasn't as popular in the theaters as other movies, however dont let that fool you, it is still a great movie to watch and own. Great storyline and the actors are amazing. Read full review »
Wonderful movie
Juno always puts me in a good mood, no matter what. It highlights how a teenage pregnancy impacts a family, but also puts a positive spin on adoption. There are some great lines in this movie, which make me laugh, even when I hear them outside of the movie context! Read full review »
One Doodle That Can't be Undid
“Than ain’t no Etch-A-Sketch. This is one doodle that can’t be undid Homeskillet” says the super market employee after Juno takes a pregnancy test.
Juno, written by Diablo Cody and directed by Jason Reitman, was released on December 25, 2007. Ellen Page and Michael...

Teenage Pregnancy Can Be Heart Warming
Juno had been on my want to see list for quite a while - although I didn't know why, I guess I'd heard a lot of buzz about it when it was out in theatres. The description says that things go wrong when a pregnant teen chooses a couple to adopt her baby so I expected it to be a bit... Read full review »
fun movies
I love this movie, my wife loves it too. It is funny, it is serious and it is a great look at this teenager and the struggles she is going through with her family and her friends. I did like the storyline, it was well done and not to serious and not too lighthearted either, pik it up and enjoy it! Read full review »
Funny tale about a serious issue
Quirky tale about a teenage girl who gets pregnant and the process she goes through deciding her baby's future. Very tongue-in-cheek, humorous film but still has depth and serious emotions. Read full review »
Bringing young and pregnant toattention
I really loved this movie. One of the reasons being is I could relate to it. I got pregnant with my first kid at 15 years old so it was a little heartfelt to me. It shows you that no matter who you are or who you might be that it could happen to you. Those who have already... Read full review »

A totally average film, won't be great, won't be awful
I just didn’t quite get it especially since it is so close in narrative to another film. Alan Reitman’s Juno wants to be funny and wants to be clever. It almost gets there but falling flat half the time is why I wonder if this film was intended for a late teen audience, a thoughtful group of late... Read full review »
Very Enjoyable
Juno was a fantastic movie. The acting was wonderful, the plot was good, the comedy never ceased, and it was pretty realistic. I can see why it was up for so many Oscar nominations. I thought it was going to be some ridiculous excuse for comedy, but it actually turned out getting a ton of laughter... Read full review »
teen pregnancy, a joke?
Although this movie tends to surround the situation of teen pregnancy with humor, we all know that it is no laughing matter. They did a good job of interjecting humor into the serious situation involved, but i think they did it in a way that didn't take from the powerful issue. The teenage girl,... Read full review »
Juno - An Uno trick Pony
I might be creeping or slinking toward middle aged maturity. I don't don't know, but I did not get this. Not that I did not understand. Super cool 16 year old gets pregnant, dweebie, sort of marshmellow boyfriend, who doesn't look as if he could inpregnate a rabbit is the father. Fun and... Read full review »
I could not wait to see it and completly satisfyed and more when I did
I wanted to see this movie since I saw the preview for it on the Televison when it was in the theatre. Like most movies I want to see in the theatre I did not get to see this movie in the theatre. So when it finally came out on DVD I ran straight to the video store and rented it. I loved it so...

Absolutly hilarious movie a must see for adults
MY goodness!! I have not had as good a laugh watching this movie as i have ever had in my life. It is completly hilarious. Though the beginning is a little slow and hard to follow once you understand where everything has started, man you really get into it.
There is definatly a lot of adult...

A lighthearted twist for a sensitive issue
Juno could be considered a somewhat controversially movie, because it takes a new perspective on teen pregnancy. It has been accused of telling a teen-pregnancy story in a way that is non-realistic. Indeed there are many aspects of this video that are not realistic; Juno never even cried when she... Read full review »
