Joovy Customer Service is Awful
We experienced poor workmanship in the frame. Shortly after uses it began to pull to one side when using. Shortly there after began to catch when folding. Company tried to repair but could and replaced the item. We were without a stroller for 3 weeks.

Dangerous product--should be recalled
Bought this for a trip to New York. Hadn't gone more than 100 yards before the hook holding it from collapsing came loose and the thing turned in two an efficient toddler crusher. It collapsed; I tripped over it and came down on top of them it and my kids. Lots of screaming, but they were ok.

Very disappointed
