Dangerous product--should be recalled
poor design and construction
Bought this for a trip to New York. Hadn't gone more than 100 yards before the hook holding it from collapsing came loose and the thing turned in two an efficient toddler crusher. It collapsed; I tripped over it and came down on top of them it and my kids. Lots of screaming, but they were ok.
After arriving in New York, I wired the hook down. However, after a few blocks, the extended rivet that the hook hooks onto, bent, and the same thing happened again.
Our old trusty Graco has a one handed latch system (conveniently located on the handle that has never failed. This old fashioned, awkward, and flimsily built system is unacceptable.
