I bought the same model. It was a BIG disappointment. It also froze all the food. It makes a sound in the upper shelf like a woodpecker cycling in and out. I really hate this fridge. Should have bought a Sub-Zero
We bought this fridge for the looks and the size, plus it's half the cost of a Sub-Zero, BUT there is no room inside. It's very hard to store anything over-sized or to store many upright bottles/jugs. The bottom freezer drawer holds the bare essentials -- we have an upright freezer in the basement...
