Not happy at all!!!
Started out fine but went downhill and customer service was no where in sight! Has a large mouth for feeding the veggies in which was a big plus and why I bought it (new).

Lot of pulp
Just got this at Target and its going back to the store today. The pulp sticks to the top instead of going out into the pulp holder. No wonder there wasn't any pulp on T.V. Does make good juice but your wasting more than your getting. The pulp is NOT dry as shown, its very wet and sloppy.

I use this almost daily
I love this juicer. I don't have much experience with juicers but I thought this one was user friendly, even my 18 mo. old son likes to juice things in it, he knows how it works. Flawed product with cheap plastic parts that fail
