A wonderful addition to the kitchen
After shopping extensively for a dual-fuel oven, I chose this Jenn-Air appliance. I selected it for the following features:
1) Gas cooking top with five burners. Very high output (I believe it is 16,000 BTUs - close to commercial grade)

Not as great as it may seem.
Both my wife and I do enjoy some items about this oven such as the duel ovens, convection and stainless. Really though most are interested in the failings and not what is great.

Have really liked it - but recent sparks and thus fire safety concerns
Have had this stove somewhere between 1-2 yrs with no issues at all until recently. After a tea kettle boiled over and all knobs in off position was walking by and heard and saw sparks from underneath the control knobs, shut off power at breaker. Best Range EVER
I love to cook and I wanted the quick, even heat of a gas stove with the reliability of electricity for baking. This is the perfect combination and it's very attractive too!

I've had the Jenn air dual fuel double oven range since January of 2005 (3 years) and have had to have the lock mechanism replaced on the large bottom oven because it locked in the locked position after I cleaned it the first time!

I loved it until it caught on fire!
I loved this stove until today when it caught on fire. I cleaned the cooktop as I have many times over the year I've owned this stove. Sprayed 409, wiped it down.
