Pros Open on the right-hand side! Yahoo!!!

I have had my 905 for about 7 years, and I love it. One big advantage is that it is open on the right-hand side. My previous serger was not, and while it may seem not to make a difference (after all, a non-cover-stitch serger cuts off everything to the right) it is GREAT to be able to maneuver... Pros This machine sews very well, and is easy to change from overlock to rolled hem.
Cons This machine does not offer cover stitch.
Recommended it? Yes

I absolutely love my Viking 905! I have used it for 3 years and have sewn many wonderful garments. I use it mainly to sew on lycra and stretch fabrics, as I make costumes for skaters.
