Great Vacuum!!
Bought this instead of the Dyson. I've had a dyson before, and it broke on me. But I liked the hard surface cleaning of the dyson and missed it, so I went to the store to buy one. Got it at Lowe's for $299.00. Got it home. Easy to assemble.
Started using it. Heavy, but amazingly effective. I have some woven wool kilims from Ikea that normally hold onto dog hair as though it were woven into the fabric of the rug. This Hoover sucked it all up and left the rugs...

Nothing "sucks" like a Hoover
My wife and I decided to get a new vacuum.She had a problem constantly burning up belts with the Hoover Bagless that we had(she always leaves the carpet height adjustment too low)and the replacement belts are tough to find because it is not a "Windtunnel" Bagless which take a different size... i cannot believe this is a hoover
This is the most poorly designed machine I have ever seen. It is continually clogging both filters and the hepa filter becomes filled with dirt quickly causing loss of all suction. I replaced it with the dyson dc17, which is awesome. Do not buy this vacuum. Read full review »
Hoover Windtunnel 2 with Surface Command.......JUNK !!
Do not buy this vacuum, unless you enjoy throwing $300+ in the trash.
The suction is impressive for about 10 minutes. That is about how long it takes the self cleaning hepa filter to clog.
