OK Vacuum - Cleaning HEPA filter a nightmare

Good Machine for Tough Messes

Poor performance...wish I'd spent my money on something else.
I bought the Hoover EmPower vacuum in December when I moved. We bought a new vacuum in August after we just had it with the poor performance of the Hoover.
It worked good the first few times I used it. It is kind of loud even in the "hush" setting.

Worst Vacuum I have ever had!
The Hoover "Empower" Vacuum should be called the Hoover "Need a lot of power to move it" Vacuum. This thing stinks!
Major Faults:
1.) It is heavy and difficult to push - especially pull back.

All show ... no go - Very Disappointed
I've had this vacuum for over a year now, we got it just before moving into our new house and hoped that it would last 3 years. Sorry to say that we're trying to sell it for even $20 now on craigslist because it just can not do the job anymore. It worked ok for maybe 6 months.
