A step backwards
Bought this one since my last Hoover canister (S3639) is getting long in the tooth. My wife and I have been disappointed with this one.

Went back to the store after 1 week of use
I am disappointed in Hoover, this had to be the worst vacuum I ever owned. I kept it all of 1 week, and back to the store it went this past Saturday. Excellent value
We did some research and went out to buy a Dyson canister. Got to the store and the Dyson canister was not impressive enough to spend that kind of money. (Short cord, weak cord retractor, did not seem stable.)
