Don't be cheap. Buy a better vacuum
My initial response to this vacuum cleaner was, “Big noise out of that little machine,” to which my husband curtly replied, “Shut up. It was on sale.” Fair enough. I got over the noise. I would not recommend this Hoover Flair to anybody who needs a stick vac that works on all floor types. This model only works on "hard" flooring and not on carpets, and even then only picks up things like hair and light sand-type dirt on the floor.
