Not worth the price
I have wanted one of these for quite along time. My mom found a great deal on line and offered to pay for part of it as a birthday gift. (like appliances should be gifts! my bad, not hers. she knew I had wanted one and couldn't afford it on my own)

Remove cardboard packing! It even cleaned the floor from hell!
Hilarious!! Girlfriend had a Floor Mate--said she hated it. Used it once and said it didn't have ANY suction! Waste of money she said. One Lovely Invention!!
I purchased this unit about 6 months ago. I love it. I have a lot of linoleum flooring and 2 babies that kept slipping on wet floors so for me this is a must have for parents with toddlers just because it removes the water from the floor, and no more cracked heads from falls.

Using a mop is faster and easier
On tile, this thing is useless. It doesn't scrub very well on dirty floors. The drying function was a complete joke. A well-wrung mop would have left the floor drier. I was not impressed
When I returned the unit I was informed by the sales person that the unit is good for touch ups of a already clean floor. If you want to have a unit that will handle heavier traffic areas then you should look at other heavier duty models.
