Cheap Construction

broken brushes mean broken promises
Even after a bad experience with a smaller Hoover, I purchased this expensive model (F7452-900) based on the recommendation from Consumer Rreports. On only the third use, the square shaft on the drive brush broke.

The Best!!!

Great at cleaning..easy to use. Great for cleaning pet messes, kid messes, husband messes too.
I love this product!!! With 2 kids and 3 small dogs we always could use a great deal of extra help!!!

Clysdale with an Achille's Tendon

Worth the money.... take it from a former pro carpet clean

Works ok

Gets the job done
This is a good effective carpet steamer for the home. It has scrubbing brushes that pick up a lot of pet hair and dirt. Be Careful handling the Waste Water Container!!!
Had big hopes for this machine. Replaced and old tried and true hoover I had for 10 years. Got it home, unpacked the box and accidently dropped the waste water bucket. Motor Burned Out Too Fast
I was using it normally, and I stopped it to change out the water. When I turned it back on it made a lower whurring sound and I was told by a technician that the motor burned out. I used this product only twice before the brushes stopped rotating. The drive for the brushes is a single plastic rod that just did not hold up. WHEN IT WORKS IT'GREAT, BUT IT IS GARBAGE!
