It works ok for this price range of humidifier.

Not that Good. Misleading title, not 11 gallon
I bought two of these for my 2100sq foot condo at Home Depot for $99 each. I was having wood floor issues and need to humidify because of gapping between the boards. I placed these one on each level. poorly designed -- does not drain properly
I second one of the reviews here -- the tanks do not drain properly, thus the unit must be babysat.
I called zak.com (who actually manufactures these, not Honeywell) and the only advice I got was to shake the tanks after filling to get rid of air bubbles at the bottom. Well, I tried that...
