It works ok for this price range of humidifier.

Pros Inexpensive, reliable, refill less often than desktop humidifiers.
Cons Rattles and vibrates, tanks are hard to fill and sometimes fail to drain completely.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros good output, fan noise not annoying
Cons you have to keep juggling the tanks otherwise the unit shuts off! Get another model!
Recommended it? No

I second one of the reviews here -- the tanks do not drain properly, thus the unit must be babysat.

I called zak.com (who actually manufactures these, not Honeywell) and the only advice I got was to shake the tanks after filling to get rid of air bubbles at the bottom. Well, I tried that... Read full review »
