It almost burned my house down!
This is the second winter I have used it and it was fine the first winter. Honeywell 614 quick blast
It is great heated, 600'in a cold upstairs room in Idaho no other heat assisted.power cost very low. Highly Recommended!!!
I settled on this one after trying a half dozen other brands. Some others I tried the thermostats didn't work very well or the whole unit was DOA. I have used other Honeywell heaters and they all worked and were reliable.

Good space heater, bad "quick heat"
Bought one of these after our furnace died. I thought it was a little pricey ($69 cdn) but heated our 13 x 13 bedroom very efficiently (on low setting) and cut the cold in our large living room ok. Dangerous model
I had this model for about 6 months until it started sparking internally one morning. I sent it back and received a replacement heater. They no longer carry this model. I was sent HZ-519 instead. Poor Warranty. Made by Kaz
As a $60CAN heater its okay and looks sturdy but the 5 yr warranty is a farce. Being that its a sealed unit and the company that makes it, Kaz Incorporated (they just market under the Honeywell name) does not ship parts, you have to ship to get it repaired.
