High Water bills

Pros easy and maintenance free (almost)

Cons About a hundred bucks more per month in water bills here.

I hated the floating ball water shut off for evaporation units, so bought this as it was the only unit available with an electrical solenoid to open the valve. Pros Pretty easy to put in.

Cons No bypass damper. More water is wasted than I'd like to have.
