Best all-around monitor I have tested!!!
The bigger brother to the w2007 and the monitor that I ended up keeping for my home use. This 22 inch monitor with it's bright view screen, 5ms response time, and 1000:1 contrast ratio this monitor produces gorgeous imagery. However this wouldn't be much of a review if I didn't fill you in on a few... Read full review »
22 inches of widescreen goodness...with a twist!
I recently purchased an HP w2207 wide-screen flat panel monitor as a little gift to myself. I have to say, if not for some relatively minor flaws, this monitor would be a perfect 10.
Screen: The screen is big and bright and beautiful. The recommended resolution for my graphics card is...

HP at their best
HP has dominated the printer market and their success with monitors was unknown until I read the Epinion reviews. After checking out the market thoroughly I agree the HP w2207h monitor is the best in this price range. The picture is very good and it is adjustable as needed. I have two 22” monitors... What a great computer monitor!
I'm going to date myself here. I've been using computers since they had little one line displays with less than a sentence's worth of characters. I went through the green text era followed by amber text, which was a big improvement - easier on the eyes. I used 5" screens for word processing on some... Read full review »
Very bright and pleased with purchase
I have a mid to high end computer that I use for gaming. Having had a 19" Samsung, I think it was time for me to upgrade to a decent 22" that can do 1680x1050 in games.
I picked this monitor up off TigerDirect.com for around $250.00, after looking at several Samsungs, LGs, Viewsonics and...

My favorite LCD monitor
At work there are many brands of basic mainstream TN panel LCD monitors in use including a glossy Dell, but the HP W2207h beats them all. At home the W2207h is my main family use monitor. My copy of the W2207h was manufactured in December of 2007 and was purchased in March of 2008. It swivels,... Read full review »
Big and Cheap , CLEAR and PORTRAIT mode too
i got bad eyes,
thanks to crt s.
last year, as my eyes were melting went to check out
the batch of 17 and 19 inch LCD screens to attach to
my xp machine.
most were cheap and big brand names, BUT.
only a few were sharp enough or colors good enough.

Why can't other manufacturers do this???
Our new desk is pretty high, and we needed a monitor that could be lowered almost all the way to the desk level. I've searched far and wide, and this HP monitor was the only 22" display that could adjust to sit just half an inch above the desk surface. Thank you HP!
I'm very happy with this...

My Personal Choice
All around great monitor, nothing spectacular, but my personal choice for personal use. Text looks very good, doesn't bother my eyes at all. The screen is big, and still seems very large to me, even after years of use. The design is solid and handsome in an all American sorta way, quite... Read full review »
The best & literally with a twist
This is a very attractive monitor it is a sleek black in color with a tray underneath for all your small office supplies. When I say with a twist you can raise it up and turn it sideways like reading a email or say if you have a small place to sit it. It is a very good monitor to work with and... Read full review »
