Pros Great image quality. Sharp clear text. Easy setup. $50 rebate coupon.
Cons none so far.

In reading the reviews on this monitor, I could see a pattern forming. Independent consumer sites--like Epinions.com--give it a good to great review. Sites from magazines and so forth give it bad reviews. I wonder if the advertising budget HP spends on these mags has anything to do with this?

I recently purchased this monitor (new, not refurbished) after much shopping around, and managed to snag it for $579.00 (after a $50 rebate) from CompUSA, which is not usually the best place to get a "deal."

This monitor has excellent picture quality, especially for tweaking pictures as it does not have any glare.
