Don't waste your money or time!
This copier has been horrible. We bought it for small department use inside a library and have had nothing but trouble. The scanner itself seems to have the most problems. An incredible machine
I used to have an HP PSC2410 which is a home all-in-one, it was great, but the cartridges are ridiculously small, meaning I got about 30 DVD case labels out of each cartridge set, I refill so money wasn't the problem (if I didn't refill, it would cost $4 of ink per label, which is absolutely... An excellent but flawed product
I replaced a LaserJet 3330 AND an Epson stylus (for color and labels) with this (almost) marvelous product.
It has total all-in-one function -- and that is, indeed, a lot of function. All of which works flawlessly.

Quality is good, but the software design could use some help.
I've used this all-in-one printer for over 2 years now and it has done well for most of my use. Scanner not supported under Windows Vista
We liked everything about this machine except when we bought a new computer with Vista on it we found out that HP Director software and Scanner software is not supported. HP 9110 Is Junk
I purchased an HP 9110 about 18 months ago and I have to warn anyone out there to not waste your money on this pile of junk.
I am actually on my second machine after returning the first machine.

HP 9110 Do not buy at any price
This product is a total failure from HP. Ink cartridges and print heads dry out prematurely. Very high cost to operate if you have to replace the print heads and cartridges.
