I order two of these phones along with a All-in package from Helio, I was satisfied with the phones although I had problems with echo when using them with Jawbone Bluetooth headsets. Think well before buying
Helio ocean as a phone is amazing but service is horrible

As said, hand set is really good.
Blue tooth,3G, CDMA MP3, all work good
dial pad and key pad function makes it much easier to dial a number and write a message with ease and speed

Avoid this company! The service is provided by one of the national outfits, and was poor in my area. I returned the phone in February and it is now July, and they have yet to honor the refund, despite at least ten phone calls and six email exchanges. I am now in my second fifteen minutes on hold...
