Microprose Has a Hit!
If anything, Risk II is an improvement over the original, Classic Risk. With the addition of Same-Time Risk, games over the internet go twice as fast. Look out World.
My friends and I used to play Risk for hours when we were in high school. Heck, it just took that long. That is one thing that even the "Fast Dice" option on the PC version can't avoid. If you want to kill two or three hours this is a great way to do it.

the game of mental domination
having grown up playing the board game i can't say how excited i was to get a version for my pc and playstation. the pc version has much better graphics but the playability of the playstation version is far superior. this game requires a lot of time to play but its worth it. sort of a chess game...
