This product brings disappointment. Not enough power after a few months, even with fresh batteries.
Elefun, though fun for my 2 and 4 year old girls, is only fun for about a minute at a time. The fan, even when working well, was not powerful enough to keep the nose up without assistance. The batteries do not last very long and, after a few months of limited use, no longer blows hard... Read full review »
Boring and over priced
I found this to be just sad. Basiccaly you get a fan & some color pieces for over $20. The kids liked it ok, but really what don't they like. It didn't hold their attention very long though so I would say don;t waste your money. Read full review »
Doesnt have enough umph
Elefun is hard to use becasue the motor/fan doesn't seem to have enough power to get the butterflies out of the trunk without really messing with it. Kids also seem to run into each other a lot trying to catch the butterflies and the nets are cheaply made/easy to rip. Read full review »
Great game, but not built for day care use
We bought this game for day care and the kids loved it and played with it daily for about three months. Then the motor couldn't blow enough air to get the butterflies out of the elephant trunk. I cut a bit off the trunk thinking that maybe if the fan didn't have to blow them as far,... Read full review »
So cool!
This toy is really cool. The butterflies come up into the air from the trunk of the elephant! So cute watching the little kiddies catching them with their nets. Read full review »
Fun for kids, a nightmare for parents
My daughter absolutely loves this game. She has fun running around trying to catch all the butterflies.
The butterflies are kind of small so they get lost easily. In order to get the game to work, you have to unscrew the top, stick the butterfilies in, screw the top back on and...

Not much to the game, but my kids love it
I read so many mixed reviews before I finally just decided to go ahead and purchase it. I am so glad I did, because my kids really get a kick out of this. There is not much to the game, and it is over very quickly, but they seriously will play this for an hour. They just really love to watch the... Read full review »
Cute and fun!
My kids absolutely love this game! It's interactive and fun and gets them moving. The batteries do not last long and but it is a blast to watch kids play. Read full review »
Great family and group game!
This Hasbro Elefun game is soo much fun! I have used it for large parties of children as a tournament game, and we use it in our home atleast once a week! It is one of the few games that kids can play and not just sit. One of the downfalls is that it does take batteries and we do... Read full review »
Pretty fun, but sometimes not powerful enough
It's not exciting for adults, but my 2 and 4 year olds think this game is fun for at least a few minutes a day. It teaches hand-eye coordination, which my 2yo doesn't have yet so he just picks up the ones that fall on the floor. Sometimes this machine isn't powerful enough to blow out... Read full review »
Fun
This game is great for preschoolers, however it's a little tough for them to catch the butterflies. My daughter has fun running and chasing them, though. It also has trouble running unless you put it on a hard surface, no carpeted areas. Read full review »
Hours of fun while mom is busy!
Great game for the kids to play on a day they have too much energy! They have a great time catching the butterflies and it's easy for them to set up & clean up on their own. Read full review »
Great Game
Our kids love to play this game. It almost seems magical to them when the butterflies fall and they love trying to jump and catch. The game is not easy to set up (they need lots of help) and i don't think the motor pushes the butterflies up in the air forecfully enough. These... Read full review »
Kids love it, parents don't
My kids love this game. I think it is kind of a pain and it eats batteries. It blows the little butterflies all over the house but the kids do love chasing them down. Read full review »
Kids Love Catching the Butterflies
We bought this game for Christmas because we wanted something that our 5 and 3 year old could both play. They do enjoy playing this game and trying to catch the butterflies. The only con is that it kills the batteries very quickly and it has gotten too expensive for us to play with for... Read full review »
Fun for the young ones
Have this for a toddler and it is great fun for him. It would probably be a little more fun if there were two to play together. Does help get him away from television on a rainy day. Read full review »
Great idea but not so great to play
My daughter fell in love with this toy after seeing the commercials. Santa brought it and we don't like it at all! It goes through batteries quickly since it seems to only work well with very fresh batteries. Butterflies come out in a big clump in the beginning and then the rest swirl forever in... Fun but messy
My kids have loads of fun when we get this game out, but I do have 2 complaints: 1) the butterflies are very easy to lose, and if you don't have any butterflies, you aren't having any fun; and 2) this doesn't fit back into the box very easily. Once I get it in, it's no longer a rectangular... Read full review »
Fun toy, but the nets are flimsy
Our son was begging for games of his own and we thought Elefun would be a great one to try. The concept is simple...little fabric butterflies are put into the elephant's mouth, the nose is attached, and a small fan underneath turns on (only when the toy is laying flat on the floor & turned on,... Not for moms.
While my kids seem to enjoy this game, I do not. You put the butterflies in, put the trunk on, straighten the trunck, and turn on. In 30 seconds, you get to do it all over again. Also the butterflies get stuck in the truck and take forever to come out when the last 2 or 3 are still in there. I am... Read full review »
