Turbo Twister Stick Blender - Gets the job done

Unsanitary! Poor design makes cleaning impossible.
The Hamilton Beach hand blender, Model 59770, is a great idea with a design flaw. I love having an immersible blender. Not a bad little blender, especially for the price
You can't expect miracles for 20 bucks! I bought this cheap hand blender (though not the cheapest... they had two below it) to see if I would like having one or if I was going to get a full sized model. Loved it at first, but changed my mind
I have arthritis due to lupus, and a recent edition of "Arthritis Today" recommended this Turbo Twister as making pureed soup so much easier: no more lifting heavy pots then ladling the soup into a blender, etc. Since I like to make a curried carrot soup, I thought the Turbo Twister sounded perfect... No more chunks in the sauce!!
