I have been doing quite a bit of baking with Candace these days and I am so happy to tell you how pleased we are with the Hamilton Beach 62695 Hand Mixer. This mixer is so easy to use that even my four year old granddaughter does wonders mixing things up.

Cons None.

I do a lot of cooking and baking, so my hand mixer gets a lot of use.  When I got married, I received a Black and Decker model which worked great for my purposes for about ten years...until I was trying to do too many things at once and inadvertently found that the wire was touching the flame on a... This Epinion needs to start out a bit differently than most product opinions that I write. The reason being is when I pick out a hand mixer I have to take in several considerations that most people don't. I have a spinal cord injury that makes using my hands and feeling my hands very difficult. I'm... Read full review »

At Christmas everyone kept asking what my husband and I wanted. All I could think of was a hand mixer. Our fancier mixer had just given out and we only had a Braun left. You can't make cookies with a Braun. My mother-in-law bought us this one for Christmas.

It is a hard plastic cover and... Read full review »

Pros Quiet, Powerful
Cons No dough hook. No excuse for an empty cookie jar.
Recommended it? Yes

We needed a new hand mixer, as the old one was getting so noisy we knew it was about to go. A device like this never quits when it's stored away. You just know it's going to quit when you need it most. The Christmas baking season was coming up so we decided to look here at Epinions for what's... Read full review »

I got my Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer at a garage sale recently, and why the former owner got rid of it I will never know.

This is one of the best mixers I have ever owned.  The Hamilton Beach is lightweight but powerful enough to handle all of my needs.  The 225 Watts of power are... Read full review »

After buying a cheaper mixer, and of course having it DIE on me. I went out in a rush to purchase a New mixer. i picked out this mixer because it was in the more "Mid-range" for price and had the storage compartment attached. When I took it home I immediatly washed the beaters and put it to work... Read full review »

My old hand mixer died on Thanksgiving. It was a horrible death, too painful to write about.

A month later, I happened to be shopping at Costco and came across the Hamilton Beach. The price was $20 and it came with regular "old fashioned" beaters, "new" beaters, a wire whisk, and dough... Read full review »

Pros Good features for the price
Cons It whines a bit.

This is my first mixer, so I didn't have a lot of experience on which to base a decision. I had been making mayonnaise with a hand mixer, which is a pain. Power was needed. I looked at all the options available at the discount stores and bought this one for about $25 at Target. I've had it for 8... Read full review »
