We have tried many coffee makers and this one is GREAT. It is easy to use, to clean and makes great tasting coffee. I wanted a coffee maker that could be programmed. The dispenser is great, easy to use. I do wish the coffee filter basin was deeper though. A great buy. Read full review »
This Product is a Loser!
From the beginning, the coffee was always good. But only a few months after purchasing it, the unit began to leak. Buy a less expensive machine.
Bought this for over $50.00. It stained right away. It looked like I never cleaned the pot despite anything I'd do to remove the brown stain. Most of the time I had to hit the start button numerous times to get it going. Never could get the auto timer programmed right.

Great Idea - But Leaks
I found the idea of this set up to be perfect for my auto repair shop. But after one month it leaked coffee from the shutoff. I replaced the seal with one of the two they send with the machine and it started to leak again,only two weeks later. I am at the point of replacing it with something else. Read full review »
Makes a mess, but the coffee takes ok.
After you get a cup it drips and makes a mess underneath the maker. Evidently they are aware of this as the manufacturer includes two extra valves in the box. I do not recommend this unit. Read full review »

Alas, the hot plate quit working after 2 weeks. My coffee stays warm, not hot, warm for 4-5 minutes. The auto timer quit as well.
