What a disaster!!
For 15 years I've been buying small window units for a home library room. Terrible product, terrible customer support
The unit is loud, but that didn't bother me so much. And also the unit does not seem to accurately sense the room's temperature, but you can work around that too. As long as it blows cold air (which it does) who cares, right?

Not a good value
I had good hopes for this Haier unit, but my first disappointment started at installation. The side skirts apparently weren't designed for my vinyl window. DO NOT buy this
Bought this Haier from Bed Bath and Beyond - it would not cool my 300 Sq Foot office more than 82 degrees and was loud so I exchanged it hoping I got a bad one. WRONG.
