What a disaster!!
For 15 years I've been buying small window units for a home library room. The last unit,a Panasonic was quite nice but unavailable when a replacement was needed so I picked up this Haier with its 3 speeds, digital thermostat and remote control and reasonable price. Terrible product, terrible customer support
The unit is loud, but that didn't bother me so much. And also the unit does not seem to accurately sense the room's temperature, but you can work around that too. As long as it blows cold air (which it does) who cares, right?
